Sales, Payment and Shipping Policy
SALES:
Once your request is received by Tail Wagging Designs for
a product, an estimated charge for the item and shipping charges
will be forwarded to you along with an estimated time of delivery.
PAYMENTS:
Production of requested item(s) will begin promptly upon receipt
of final specifications and payment.
We
do not at this time have a shopping-cart format or an ability
to accept charge cards. However, you CAN pay via:
If payment
is received via personal check, please allow a week for clearing
the bank before production begins.
In the
near future Charge Cards will be accepted. but we are not set
up for that service at this time.
SALES
TAX due from California residents is 8.5%. Shipping
from San Francisco, CA.
SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
Shipping is guaranteed per UPS pending any unforeseen acts of
God or such. Since shipping is via UPS, a Post Office Box
address will not be accepted. However, if you have no other
address except for a post office box, Tail Wagging Designs will
mail go ahead and "mail" your product(s) with it understood
that the company will not guarantee delivery nor be held accountable
for lost packages sent to post office boxes.
INTERNATIONAL
SALES: For international orders, please contact me at don@tail-wagging.com
with info. Shipping costs and timeframe of delivery will
vary.

Tail Wagging
Designs Privacy Policy is strict and non-negotiable. ANY
info received will be handled in confidence and at no time
will any part be shared or distributed.

Return or Exchange Policy
Tail
Wagging Designs will be happy to work with you. If for any
reason, you feel you are not satisfied with the product purchased,
email me right away with your explanation. Customer satisfaction
is our goal.
If the
item has indeed been created to the specifications provided by
you and your final specifications were incorrect, I will be happy
to exchange any same priced
item upon receipt of the original item from you. However,
Tail Wagging Designs will not be responsible for any shipping
charges incurred and will need additional shipping cost paid
before sending off the exchange.
If for
any reason the error was on the part of Tail Wagging Designs,
simply return the item with explanation and I will refund
all monies including all shipping costs incurred. Or will
replace with correctly made
item and pay for all shipping costs incurred.
